Brief Answer:
Seems like over treatment of blood pressure

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic!

Based on the history you have shared, it seems as if you are having trouble with over treatment of blood pressure without follow up readings to titrate dosages according to fresh BP readings. Though you have quit medicines from last Monday but certain antihypertensives have long half life and takes weeks to clear out of the system.

For such low BPs you need to visit an ER as soon as you can and get infusions of plasma expanders to increase it above 90/60. and get an EKG to rule out cardiac reason of low BP. if it is too low, you may need inotropic infusions. Keep legs on pillow while lying and remove pillow below the head to ensure brain circulation intact.

Hoping you a speedy recovery. If you dont have any more questions, please close the discussion. You can also reach me directly through my profile in future, in case of any more questions, Regards.
