Brief Answer:
Get a body warmer.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
You temperature is on the lower side. This much body temperature is common in winters but I would advise you extra precautions because you have hypothyroidism and taking Levothyroxine.
Simply pack yourself with woolen clothes. Use warmers and blowers to make your extremities warm.
Have hot fluids like soup, tea.
Nothing to worry.
If you get any fever , you will need to see a doctor.
If you have any further query, please ask me.

Brief Answer:
Temperature should not go down further.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
If you will maintain your body temperature to near normal by following what I have advised, nothing will happen.
If it goes further down, you might land into hypothermia, which can be complicated.
