Question: elderly male with 96.1 temperature, had heavy sweating, blood sugar 449, 2 hrs ago, blood sugar now 289 and the sweating has stopped after Humalog insulin. History of diabetes, COPD, Congestive heart failure,

He has no cough, but is always short of breathe. And today has not showed any worsening of the breathing. For him he appears to be breathing normally. His blood sugars are and never have been controlled. He has started eating fresh fruits in his diet over the last week, which has lead to some higher blood sugars, I need to control the amount he is eating to help the blood sugars from spiking so high.
