Since when have you got these problems?
Any running nose or cold?
Has the headache affected the whole head or only in front (frontal headache)? Does the headache increase on bending down?
Any phlegm while coughing, if yes then the color and consistency?

The reason for your symptoms is obvious as you have mentioned.
The headache can be due to sort of toxemia of pneumonia or can be due to concurrent sinusitis.
Please discuss with your treating Doctor so that a clinical evaluation, examination can lead to the proper investigations like CT/MRI of the sinuses and/or brain to get the exact cause and get treated accordingly.
