What Causes Low Grade Fever With Fatigue And Body Pain?
Question: I have low graded fever with fatigue and body pain from 6th november also suffered from diareha

From the available description there is evidence f infective diarrhea as characterized by fever, pain and loose motions. It will be appropriate for you to get investigated from nearby laboratory with CBC, Stool examination and Liver function test. This is important as the symptoms can present in variety of conditions.
At the time being I think a combination of ciprofloxacin 500 and tinidazole (Ciplox-TZ) twice a day should be started till you get your report or for five days. Since it is prescription only medication you may need to get prescription from local doctor. In addition paracetamol 500 mg for fever should be started on need basis.
