Question : Hello Dr, I am running a low grade fever as of today and have pain in my back just above my buttocks on both sides. Very sore. I've had a history of UTI's. Could this be something related to Kidney problems?

Brief Answer:
Requires some investigation
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Healthcare Magic,
Withh this history it is very difficult to tell whether you are having kidney disease.
Usually in UTI there will be high grade fever associated with chills and rigor, burning micturation and urgency.
To rule out any other kidney related problem you may require some lab investigations like urine examination, CBC and USG abdomen.
The aforementioned investigations helps to make proper diagnosis.
Thank you.
