Frequency of sex among married couple is highly variable.It ranges from once daily to once in a month. Most of the couple do sex on desire and when both partner are in mood.

My age is 29, male, weight 110kg, non alcoholic and non smoker but non vegetarian.
Dr. For last 7 days I didn't have sex with my spouse, she came and intract but my mind is not willing. I told her my body was not cooperating.
You said it's depend on mind... plz explain this. Also my spouse 24 yrs old, 75 kg.

110 KG weight is high in my opinion. This much weight affect overall body functions.Obesity can lead to many health hazards like hypertension and diabetes.
You get easily tired, easily hungry and exhausted due to this much weight. For your ideal weight I need to know your height or even you can get the figure on net by searching BMI(Body Mass Index) calculator .
You can reduce weight by creating calorie deficit. It means you should burn more calories than you take.
-Start daily exercise.Even walking/running 3-4 km per day is good exercise.
-Reduce 25% quantity of current diet.
-Avoid fast food, fatty food, junk food.
-Take more vegetable,fruits, whole grains.
Status of mind affects desire for sex.If you are in stress like emotional,economical,social or occupational; it can affect your libido. Your reduce sexual desire may be due to this factor if you are under stress.
If you have significant stress, you should be evaluated in detail for that.
An adult needs 6-8 hours of sleep per day. Sleep more or less than this is not good.Sleep timing should also be maintained as far as possible.

31 BMI is high and you are in obesity grade-1. You must reduce weight for better and stable health.
As I mentioned simple formula for weight reduction is calorie deficit.
First of all you need to calculate your daily calorie requirement at present.You can do the same by using below mentioned link:

After that you need to take less 500 calorie than your daily requirement and start walking/exercise to burn more calorie.
I am sorry that I can not mention any specific diet chart as I am from XXXXXXX and I am used to be aware with XXXXXXX food. But yes you can make it your own.Food items vary according to culture, atmosphere and country.
I can help you to prepare your diet chart.
-Remove items from your food containing high fat as well as high protein.
-Add more vegetables and fruits.
