Brief Answer:
there are various other medical causes
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Apart from high BP, there are various other medical causes which can lead to decreased sex drive. You need to get evaluated for them by a physical examination.
Since your drive is low, I am not sure if viagra will solve the problem. Further it is not advisable to take it unless your doctors are sure about your heart status. I would suggest you visit a doctor who can check your testosterone and other medical conditions. If all parameters are within normal limit a visit to a sexologist / psychiatrist is entailed.
