Question: hi doctor,
I. had marriage in 2008 and now we have a 4 year kid, due to some reason we both lives separate my wife spends lots of time to her mother home, (also my nature was cheaper and irritable later i realised and my mother in law 24 hours angaged her on phone she purchaged rim to rim free , she ancurage her to go her home ) the result is the interest of my wife in sex is gone she don't like sex more but I feel emptiness my desires not fulfill even she love me and I feel she also want sex but not happening good after birth her vagina got loose, also we both don't want more child but our parents not agree to operate and my wife not agree for copper tee so I searched a injection the corrent situation is I me working in XXXXXXX and updowing in week end to XXXXXXX due to long separation our sex drive not good please suggests one incident also happened last week we both XXXXXXX a movie and in night I played role during sex she got aroused is it good or I m doing wrong

you written uncooperative Hus. what cooperation needed even I do as she want I didn't force her my problem occur due to interfarance of her parents and also my yes I was irritated personality but I realised and working on it also I m talking with her daily on phone and I fighted my mother in law to leve her with me at least give me chance to develop relationship don't do phone call 24 her. my questions what to to improve life and her feeling I need her happiness first second what to do to tight vagina without any surgery third 6 month contraceptive injection is safe or not is there another option , why I want ? we lost our time and we both agree on it to back our time we both want enjoyment without interpretation .....

Her mother will stop interfering once she is comfortable in her house so don't worry about that.
There are various exercises on you tube called kegel exercises which can help in natural tightening of vagina.

XXXXXXX you XXXXXXX one thing most of the specialist dr suggests natural idea Rather then medicine I think cream is for fighting vagina my wife will not follow legal exc. eve I purchased a tonic arystoanzyme for her two week before she is not taking any way I will try.
