default
Posted on Thu, 22 Dec 2016
Question: I was told awhile back ( 2 mos.) that my blood was low on oxygen , puffers and antibiotics seemed to fix it, but now it feels like it's returned. I was running a fever and dehydrated, even though I was drinking lots of fluids.
Cranberry juice also as I seem to be prone to U T I .
Question ...how do I get oxygen into my blood stream.....also why do I take deep breaths in through my nose and out through my mouth ? What advantage?

Brief Answer:
To get more oxygen into your system, you need to unclog your nose and lungs

Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to HCM,

To get more oxygen into your system, you need to unclog your nose and lungs. Try saline drops and your inhalers.

Learn and try breathing exercises.

Also, 'N-Acetyl Cysteine' satchets may help.

Please discuss the last with your doctor although it is considered safe.

Cranberry juice is a good preventive for UTI--
