Brief Answer:
Avoid new bacterial infections.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I would like to answer your query.

In viral infections the initial period is usually difficult. I usually suspect two common conditions with mosquito borne viral infection with low platelet count and elevated liver function tests.
1. Dengue
2. Chikungunya
3. Others can be seen. but rare

Any viral infection, with mosquito bite - I am worried about transmission from or to family members. They might need to be tested to confirm the absence of viral infections.
Viral infections are treated on symptomatic basis as I told you earlier, the first few days will be critical.
There must have been a suspicion of Shock syndrome initially, and all the tests were performed. Most of them should have been within normal limits and you are requiring.
Liver functions would have got elevated due to direct injury and usually takes upto 2 weeks to return to normal. In between reducing enzyme levels, best indicate recovery.

Few things I would like you to advise:

1. Now that you are recovering, I want you to importantly make sure that you do not get a secondary bacterial infection. In viral infections, due to reduced immunity, a bacteria can affect as a new infection. I want you to take extreme precautions. At-least next 15 days, avoid meeting people with respiratory infection, as you can easily catch it.
2. Your immunity should be good for you to have warded the viral infection. Try to improve your diet with protein, vitamin and mineral supplements. It will strengthen immunity.
3. Do not stay long in bed. More the mobility, better the improvement.

If possible try to attach reports, so I can advise you on other details.
Take care.
Any further query, happy to help you again.
