Brief Answer:
Visit your doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through the details you have provided Your urine problems could be because of severe diarrhoea causing kidney problems. You need rehydration to compensate for the fluid loss. Please visit your doctor as soon as possible so that you can get a physical examination and fluid replacement if needed.

Meanwhile, drink plenty of water, and oral rehydration solutions/ fluids, if you can't drink at all, please visit your nearest ER / your doctor, as in that scenario, you may be needed intravenous fluid replacements

Hope this helps
