What Causes Lower Abdomen But More Intense Above The Pubic Area?

Question: I have been having lower abdominal pain for a few months. I have had many UTI's, so I am very familiar with these symptoms and this does not mimic a UTI. It isn't sharp pain, more like a dull ache that never goes away all across my lower abdomen but more intense above the pubic area.
I am snow birding in AZ and not near my PCP until the first part of April.

Brief Answer:
some investigations are needed.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by your doctor.
You can take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals. A probiotic will have added benefits. If the pain is severe, you can take dicyclomine for relief.
Some investigations which may be helpful are:-
1. Complete Blood Count ( CBC ).
2. Stool examination.
3. Ultrasound of abdomen.
4. Urine examination.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
