What Causes Lower Abdomen Pain And Brownish Discharge During Menstrual Cycle?
Question: My last period was on may 27 and lasted 7 days
My periods are mostly on time on Sunday morning I hassle little pain on my left overuse (did not last long )
And on Sunday afternoon my husband and I had sex.. on Monday I had a pain all over my Womb ( trough that my period is coming) later that day my husband and I also has sex and when I went to the bathroom I notes that the tissue I wipe my self with had a redshh / brownish discharge. And it counties to the next day with pain
I m not on any birth control.. and we are trying

The pain in the lower abdomen around the middle of the cycle can be due to ovulation or due to an intestinal infection. The mild brownish discharge can be related to ovulation or a mild hormonal imbalance.
If the pain is mild then it is best to wait and let it subside on its own. You can also take a mild antispasmodic in case the pain is persistent.
Doing a hot compress will also help. Just wait for your periods and in case the periods are late then test your urine for pregnancy. The mild brownish spotting will stop on its own in next 1- days.
