Brief Answer:
get laparoscopic adhesinolysis
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam,
Welcome again to HealthcareMagic.
The lower abdomen pain and dyspareunia is mostly due to adhesions in the pelvic region as rest of the test are within normal range.
I would suggest that you see a surgeon and go for laparoscopic adhesinolysis. As they won't resolve by anything else.
Hope i have been helpful.

Brief Answer:
its due to PID
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
That could be either due to a mild Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID) which has neither shown on USG nor CT abdomen or urinary tract infection (a urine routine test should be able to pick it up) or you may be having any cold or sore throat at the time to testing.
As you have taken antibiotics already, get a repeat hemogram to know if it has resolved or still persistent.
