What Causes Lower Abdominal Cramps And Dizziness?

Question: I have had cramping in my lower left side and upper right side of my stomach. I have felt a little nauseas and threw up earlier. I also will get dizzy and kind of warm when I was standing. I have had it for about 3 days now.. Just in general I feel crappy.
