Brief Answer:
INFECTION

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Greetings.
I went through the history. You have been treated for urinary infection.
Now the pain is not constant ,and it is not associated with vomiting and fever.
Urinary infection may not be cured completly, and possibility of cystitis has to be considered.
Since you are having this pain since 1 month I suggest you to get an ultrasound scan from a SONOLOGIST to rule out any stones in ureter or kidney (ureteric colic or renal colic).
If the pain is on right side chronic appendicitis also has to be considered.
Scan will help us in finding out pelvic inflammatory disease and endometriosis.
If everything is normal then culture the urine once again and decide accordingly.
I pill should not be taken frequently. It is used not as a regular contraceptive , but as emergency contraceptive. Hope you are convinced. Regards
