Brief Answer:
bladder inflammation is very likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can fully understand your concern.

The symptoms you're describing, are very similar to that of mild cystitis.
That's very highly suggestive of mild bladder inflammation.

You'll need to do some tests, after getting examined by an Urologist.

1. urine routine and culture.
2. blood routine, creatinine,RBS,LFT,platelets,VDRL,HIV,and HbsAg.
3. ultraosund scan of KUB,with PVR.

You can start a Cirofloxacin, till the reports are available.
Drink 10-12 glasses fluids daily.
Maintain good genital hygiene.

Feel free to send any doubts you may have, with the reports.
wish you well.
