Brief Answer:
Following data are needed...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

There are 2 main causes for the lower abdominal pain:

1. From your GI tract: distended bowels due to gas. However, you are not reporting constipation or other GI problem so far.

2. So, the most probable cause might be due to your ovaries (possible ovulation) or other issues.

In order to determine the right diagnosis, if I was your caring doctor would advise to run abdominal and uro-genital ultrasound to evaluate your GI and genital tract respectively.

3. You are reporting to be taking vitamins supplements. Can you please tell when did you start taking the vitamins? Was the pain prior to their use or after?

Another thing I want to know is regarding your periods: are they regular? or they get missed from months?

Looking forward to have the requested data in!

Brief Answer:
Abdominal/genital ultrasound is still recommended...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

1. I need to have the hysterectomy procedure report to understand if ovaries are still there. Usually, they will let a part of ovaries to avoid hormonal imbalances. However, it will depend on the type of uterus problems you had that was finalized with hysterectomy.

2. The yellowish white stool you've been having for a week is suggestive for
possible malabsorption. I still advise to run abdominal and genital ultrasound to rule out related problems.

All the best!
