Brief Answer:
Can be UTI or ureteric colic.
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Thanks for the information given.
From your description, this can either be due to an urinary tract infection(including prostatitis) or ureteric colic. Both these conditions can cause referred pain (that is why the pain is indifferent to palpation/pressing) to lower abdomen/back/inguinal area/testicles depending on the site and extent of infection/obstruction.
A careful physical examination followed by a urine routine test will guide us further. So kindly see your doctor for evaluation and further management. Depending on the situation, you may also be asked for an USG (ultrasound) scanning.
Meanwhile, you drink plenty of oral fluids and take simple analgesics like acetaminophen or ibuprofen if needed.
Hope this answer will help.
Be free to ask if you need further clarification.
Wishing for a faster cure.
Thank you.
