What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain Post Masturbation?

Question: I never had a problem "getting off" but now when I try to masturbate I feel dry down there I get lower stomach pains when I rub my clitorus and I dont feel fully arroused is there something wrong with me? Also I had white discharge around my walls/cervix sometimes it will be milky or it will be kind of pasty i really need answers.

The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a genital infection. The white vaginally fluid Is quite suggestive of a infection. We will need a culture of the vaginally fluid and/or urine to know what the infection is and treat with antibiotics accordingly.

The arousal and the dryness may definitely be a part of the infection.

I think it would be good to avoid the act of masturbation for a few days till the infection settles.
