Brief Answer:
You may need an ultrasound

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic!

Based on the history you have shared, it seems to a vague description to give a final verdict about the orgin of the pain without examination or some laboratory being run.

Though, if there are no altered bowel habbits like constipation or diarrhea that makes intestines or gut a least likely origin, but a possibility may still exist. If there is no bloating or gaseous trouble, you can further be reassure by having a Xray abdomen erect film for abdominal gases and air fluid levels for any gut pathology. An utrasound abdomen may also reveal important negatives.

The radiation of pain to urethra can raise few eye brows about its renal origin, and sometimes impacted ureteric stones may present with lower abdominal pain alongwith radiation to urethra. That can be excluded by ultrasound KUB and urinalysis for any blood or puss in the urine.

Meanwhile you can use antispasmodic like drotaverine or hyoscyamine for the pain alongwith and drink plenty of fluids and water.

Hoping you a speedy recovery. If you dont have any more questions, please close the discussion. You can also reach me directly through my profile in future, in case of any more questions. Regards.

Brief Answer:
You need urinalysis

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Thanks for sharing more details. That makes urinary tract more likely culprit. It can be urinary tract infection or renal calculi. Next best step would be urinalysis and to look for White blood cells or red blood cells along with leukocyte esterase and nitrites in the urine. Do share the report. Keep ultrasound KUB in plan, and drink plenty of water. Using citrosoda XXXXXXX may also help with pain. You can use antispasmodic like drotaverine in case of increasing pain or discomfort. Hoping you a speedy recovery. If you dont have any more questions, please close the discussion. You can also reach me directly through my profile in future, in case of any more questions. Regards.
