What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain?
Question: For a week I have been getting sharp pains in my lower stomach and I am not sure what is causing it.

I had a hysterectomy almost 2 years ago. I'm allergic to wheat so I have been eating gluten free. The pains happen all throughout the day no set times.

I don't have a prescribed gluten free diet, I chose to go gluten free because wheat makes me sick if I eat to much of it. I don't have a gastro-enterologist doctor.
