What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain,itching On Body And Testicles After Unprotected Sex?
Question: Hello doctor, i have unprotected sex 5 weeks ago, and that girl is completely fine. But i am having lower abdominal pain, itch on body and testicals and on bum hole. When i had unprotected sex i was sick and i was having diclofenac and it make ulcers in my stomach and i took PPI and got better after 10 days and i stopped PPI after 10 days. 3 days After stop taking PPI, i start having lower abdominal pain and its been three weeks. i had my STD test after a week and all comes out fine and now i am having another test after 5 weeks and report still have to come. What are the reason of that. I am feeling fatigue in my legs from day of viral and now my skin feel like burning and abdominal too.

Doctor, i was also scared that about having HIV and STD and hepatitis B.
I only have fatigue, itchiness and lower abdominal pain and symptoms mentioned in above question. and when i touch the skin of lower abdominal i feel hotter than my stomach temperature.
I do not have symptoms like swollen lymph nodes, gential sore, dark urine or yellow eyes. But i had red spots in my stool before and i did develop little cranks in my mouth and my legs are very fatigue.

HIV ora swab testing is a quick testing detecting HIV antibodies. It's accuracy is evaluated until 99.8% (very accurate).
Usually, it will take up to 12 weeks after exposure to develop antibodies. As this test detects antibiodies, it will need 12 weeks to get a definite result.
If you had the testing 36 days (approximately 5 weeks), and it resulted negative, we are not sure that you are HIV negative. So, you must repeat the testing after 7 weeks again (total of 12 weeks after exposure) and see the results.
Pain in your left testicle does not necessarily mean to be related to STD, HIV or any other serious problem. It might indicate:
- infection of your genitalia (common infection)
- problems with local blood vessels
- trauma you had recently
You can follow the advice given earlier to get relief. If still no improvement, should run to ER for further evaluation.
