Brief Answer:
Could be urinary stones

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Thanks for the query.

Do you have pain in the lower back that radiates to the groin in the front ?

Any burning sensation on passing urine ?

It appears that you could be having possible urinary infection with urinary stones near the kidneys. In such cases you will have gnawing type of pain radiating from the back near the ribs moving to the groin in the front, gets worse while passing urine or bending forwards.

I advise you to apply hot water bag to relieve the painful muscle spasms of the lower back. Drink 2 to 3 litres of water daily. Take Syrup Alkaline citrate 3 teaspoons thrice a day. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Continue the medication that you are on ad this is a good Medicine against bladder infection.

Get an Ultrasound and Xray Kidney Urinary bladder or KUB. This will help find urinary stones as a possible cause.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
