I am a 27 year old Hispanic male should I be worried about cancer? My bowel movements are slow and when I sleep I feel discomfort on my back. My stool has been flat and at times broken up. I'm a car salesman and it does get stressful.

I've been having a variety of symptoms for the past three weeks that come and go. My main concern is that I have not been able to have solid poop. My poop is always broken diarrhea or comes out flat. Associated with the poop is lower back discomfort. The back discomfort however seems more relevant

Brief Answer:
Cancer unlikely

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It is unlikely that you have colon cancer.
A colonoscopy may be done which will help to look inside the colon and rule out cancer.
