What Causes Lower Back Pain In A Diabetic?

Question: Hello Doctor,
I'm a 52 years old male diabetic condition.
3 days ago,I fell in the washroom on my lower back and hips.
I am taking crocin pain killer to get rid of excruciating pain but only gives me temporary relief.
I am really in a lot of pain.Please advice me what should I Do!
I am also taking Glimy1 of Dr Reddys twice a day.
Also,am not able to pass the motion for last two days.

I have gone through your query,you may have fracture of hip bone that can be diagnose only on x ray,till than take rest do hot fomentation and take tramadol and paracetamol combination for pain.There is no problem with Glimy1 ,you can continue that.
