Question: My wife aged around 47 is complaining about low back pain, shivering towards evening and white discharge from past 3 days. Please let me know what kind of medicines be bought.

1. back pain is from past 2-3 days
2. no fever
3. nowadays she is having irregular menstrual cycles - sometime after 50 days
4. white discharge is not increasing but smelly. no itching.

Irregular menstrual cycles are common at this age due to hormonal imbalance.
White discharge with smell and low back pian suggest pelvic inflammation.
I suggest you Flucanazole 150 mg medication singl dose. This is a prescription medication.You need to get it by your doctor or gynecologist prescription.
Also I suugest you dolo 650 for low back pain and shivering.
Volini gel for back pain. She can use hot water bag for pain.
If she will not improve after 3 days then I suggest you visit a gynecologist for clinical examination and ultrasound scan to know about uterus health.
