What Causes Lower Back Spasms, Dizziness And Tightening Of Muscles In The Stomach And Extremities During A Panic Attack?
Question: I am under heavy stress and experiencing daily anxiety and panic. I have all the normal anxiety symptoms but lately I have been having very scary symptoms----When my panic/anxiety attacks start me lower back hurts and spasms. Then my stomach muscles tighten up, My arms and thighs get weak and tighten up, I feel dizzy, shaky and my heart beats fast and I have palpitations, hands get weak and clammy, and my chest feels tight like there is a rubber band is around my ribs. I am 50 lbs overweight and carry most of my weight around by mid section Very scary---are these normal anxiety symptoms
