Question: Sharp pain on left, spent all night with Sharp pains below stomach, then pain progressed down to lower intestines 8 hours later. Muscle girdle is very sore, hard to move

Lower left abdominal pain can be a sign of diverticulitis. Diverticulitis is an inflammation of diverticles - small pouches in the wall of large intestine (sigmoid colon mostly).
The main cause of diverticles is constipation. If you have had constipation before, this diagnosis is possible.
With diverticulitis you may have fever, some blood in stool, diarrhea, bloating.
Lower abdominal pain can be always caused by urinary tract infection. If so, frequent urinating and burning while urinating can be present.

I suggest you to do not wait with it. Diverticulitis can turn into a perforation. Please consult your doctor as soon as possible. Abdominal ultrasound, blood work and urine analysis should be done at first.
