Question: Debilitating pain in the abdomen. A little below and to the left of the belly button.

Debilitating pain below and to the left of the belly button may be due to Kidney like renal or uretric stone. It may be due to intestinal colic. I will advise you to visit a Doctor for examination for correct diagnosis. He may advise you to get and ultraosund or xray abdomen.
Meanwhile for the relief of pain I will advise you to take tab drotavarine which is an antispasmodic agent.
