Question: I have pain in my lower left side, seems to be located in front of and around my hip bone and extends into my lower back. Has been a dull ache for several days but seems to be increasing. Particularly hurts when I stand and lean to the opposite side.

Brief Answer:
Possible muscular pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using Healthcaremagic to post your question.
I read it carefully and I understand your concern.

What you are describing seems like a muscular pain. The fact that you feel it when you move confirms it.
So it is good that you have applied Biofreeze. Use it regularly.
Also if you don't have contraindications, it is recommended to use a painkiller like Ibuprofen 400mg 3 times/day for one week, so it will not only reduce the pain but also the nerve inflamation.

One other option that may cause a pain there is constipation. So if you suffer from constipation, the pain would be relieved when that is treating.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you have other questions or concerns.

Regards,
Dr.Papaqako
