Question: I HAVE SOME LOWER LEFT ABDOMINAL PAIN WHEN I APPLY PRESSURE WITH SOME MILD CONSTIPATION. Currently taking antibiotics for H pylori

You might need an ultrasound abdomen examination to know what exactly is causing this. You also have the need to rule out the possibility of gastritis, peptic ulcer as you would have had H. pylori infected(suspected since you are using antibiotics for it) Diet rich in fresh fruits, vegetables with good amount of water intake helps in relieving mild constipation. I do actually have gastritis as well from and endoscopy that I had done a week ago.. that's were I found out I had H pylori. Could that be the case of that pain? Also pain comes and goes. Feels like when I have a bowel movement the pain actually stops.. and I only feel pain when I pUT pressure on the are.. otherwise no pain at all. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND HELP
