What Causes Lower Left Back Pain?

Anybody there?
Explained
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
Based on your description i.e slight but increasing sensation in left kidney, I would assume that you have this discomfort involving the back and flank. the kidney may or may not be involved.
If there is associated burning urination with increasing pain then urinalysis and ultrasound abdomen can be advised to look for findings like a urinary tract infection, hematuria , a urinary tract stone among other causes. If these classical symptoms and positive lab findings aren't present then a musculoskeletal disorder should be assessed and treated.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks
