Pancreatic cancer usually starts with the symptom of body itching and jaundice. also it has other symptoms like abdominal pain (often described as vague abdominal discomfort or dull, deep upper abdominal pain localized to tumor level); weight loss > 10 lbs (4.5 kg); jaundice; back pain; vomiting; indigestion; diabetes mellitus, ect.
The most important thing now is to finish the treatment for the stomach and if not better by the end of it, then consider doing further exams.
The symptoms you are describing do not give me any red flags or anything to suggest pancreatic cancer.
