What Causes Lower Right Back Pain While Breathing?

Question: I have a sharp sharp shooting pain, my lower back, right side, it hurts to breathe in deep, especially if I have to sneeze. It hurts to lie on my back on the right side, its bearable laying on left side and the pain subsides if Im laying down on my knees, arms flat in front.. This pain has happened on the lower left side prior and has often coincided with menstruation but I haven't had that since October 4th. I thought maybe I pulled my back from lifting heavy equipment up and down stairs but this is different pain and has turned into flu like symptoms. Thoughts?

3. Pregabalin for nerve pain.
4. Tramadol for pain relief. (all these are prescription based medications, so please obtain the necessary prescription from your local physician)
These medicines help a lot in a few weeks time.

Thank you, that makes sense. Do you think a chiropractic adjustment would be helpful and see if there is relief, then plan to get an MRI?
Brief Answer:
You can try.
Detailed Answer:
Yes you can try that before going for a MRI as it would just help in confirmation of clinical diagnosis and not the treatment!
Good luck
