What Causes Lower Stomach Pain With Dizziness And Ringing In Ears?

Question: Today about 11 am my lower belly started to cramp. When I went to the bathroom, started to have trouble with BM? While I was sitting there I started to feel light headed, ears started to ring, I felt like I was passing out any second. Then had BM that seemed to go on for next 30 mins off& on. Final was very watery and entire time very faul smelling. I also broke into a sweat , kept sitting holding head in hands waiting to pass out, but never did. Then I notice I had sweated a small puddle on the floor @ 3 inches of water/sweat. I could not sit up straight to flush, my arms were very heavy when I tried to pull myself to sit straight using bars. I finally stopped ear ringing, sweating, still light headed and entire body wet. I sat on couch just wanting to ether sleep or pass out. Finally, felt good enough to do watery BM again and left work. But still felt so tired and somewhat light headed. This all happened in1-2 hours. I came home, small watery BM and slept off and on for the last 3 hours. I feel weak now and not 100 present yet.
Brief Answer:
Probably gastroenteritis
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX Weaver
I think that the episode has happened possibly due to large volume stools and subsequent loosestools. your blood pressure may be running on the lower side due to fluid loss in the form of loosestools. Any lack of drinking water would further increase the feeling of weakness.
I think you should have plenty of fluids. I recommend 2-3 litres of fluids + 250 ml water for every loosestools. Also take plenty of electrolytes. If loosestools persist, antibiotics may be needed.
Best of luck
