Brief Answer:
Please provide more information
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
I need some more information to conclude what you have.
How long have you had it?
Did you have any pain, redness of the swelling or did you have fever?
Did the swelling rupture by itself or you squeezed on it to break it? Did it extrude pus and blood or some waxy material?
Did you have any risky sexual activity?
It's probably not something to worry about.

I have had it for 4 days! It was a little tender! Had a shower and was drying myself off when noticed white pus followed by blood! Give it a squeeze and got more out!
Brief Answer:
A small abscess of the skin
Detailed Answer:
Since it has been there for 4 days only, it's probably a small abscess involving a hair follicle or a sweat gland.
You would have removed a good bit of the pus. You can apply a topical antibiotic or take an oral antibiotic to make it heal fast.
If it closes up and accumulates more pus you would require to see a doctor.
