Brief Answer:
?? Suspecting Bartholin's cyst

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.

Thank you so much for that information, but you failed to upload pictures to our discussion.

Well based on the current information at hand, it seems like you could have what we call Bartholin's cyst. The Bartholin's glands are present on either side of the vaginal opening and help in the production of lubrication that helps keep the vagina moist and also lubricates it during intercourse.

Treatment usually includes:

-Warm compresses to the region several times a day
-Warm sitz baths with epsom salt at least 2-3 times a day
-Good personal hygiene
-Change your inner wear as frequently as possible
-If no response with conservative treatment then antibiotics can be used
-If antibiotics do not help then surgical drainage should be considered

I hope you find my response both helpful and informative ma'am. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes.
