What Causes Lump By The Eyebrow And Dizziness After An Injury?

Question: I fell on the right front side area of my face (hardest hit on right eyebrow area. This happened last October.
I had considerable swelling and bruising but did not think I had a concussion. I did not see a doctor at the time.
Since then most of the swelling and pain have dissipated............but I still have a small lump by my eyebrow and some slight pain upon palpation.
Yesterday morning I awoke and put my head back and experienced dizziness. Since then I have continued to become dizzy when I move my head down or on either side ...........it continues this morning.
Should I be concerned??

Dear Madam,
Thank you for posting your query on HCM.
Well looking into your query I would like to tell you that it can be a different episode unrelated to your fall . You are having episodes of vertigo or dizziness and considering your age it is recommend that you should seek medical advise regarding this early .
Take care.

Dear Madam,
Thanks for reverting back.
Well dizziness can be due to lot of reasons , first your blood pressure needs to be checked , hypotension may lead to all these . Vertigo can also leads to dizziness . Cervical spondylitis is also a possibility . But all these will need evaluation for forming a diagnosis.
Take care.
