Question: Help I think im pregnant but I haven't had any sexual
intercourse with a boy and I don't even have a boyfriend. I have been having constipation followed by diarrhoea and frequent urination. I have a wierd lump in my stomach and im scared of what it is.

Hi, thanks for ur reply, I'm only 11 so my mum would never ever let me get a home pregnancy test at this age.my urine hasn't been as big as it used to I go normally now. The lump is still there, a few weeks ago I went to the doctor and the doctor felt my lump and said that I feel quite constipated. Do you think the lump is probably just food cramped up? How can I get rid of it?

This could just be constipation. However I suggest see your doctor. If the lump.was due to constipation alone, it would not have been so long. This should go away after you pass stool. This could also be something else to worry about. You cannot get rid of it by yourself alone. You need medical help.
There is nothing to be afraid of with you, you need to tell your mother that you are having problems. At your age you can not decide about your health by yourself, you do need your parents to take care of you and that is their duty.
If you did not have sex or do not have a boyfriend why would you even think of pregnancy?
Please stop thinking of the worst thing possible for every small thing.
Your symptoms are not due to pregnancy. Please get your mom to take you to the ER or the doctor and get you examined and take treatment appropriately.
