Brief Answer:
may be reflux

Detailed Answer:
Hello madam and thanks for using healthcaremagic,

From your symtoms it looks like you are having reflux.

Acid is produced in the stomach. The oesophagus opens into the stomach and the opening is guarded by a sphincter called XXXXXXX Normally XXXXXXX opens only when food enters. If this sphincter is incompetent then acid back flows into the oesophagus and even can go upto the throat and cause a variety of symptoms like burning, feeling of lump, sore throat, nausea and cough.

You should see a gastroenterologist for confirming the diagnosis. You may need an upper GI endoscopy. if confirmed the treatment is easy. You will need a proton pump inhibitor and a prokinetic and some lifestyle modifications.

In addition, you probably also have an active infection. Total count of 15000 indicates that.
