Question: hello I'm a 21 year old male and I just noticed a lump inside my testicular sack not on a testicle but I'm wondering if I should worry about cancer. it's a very small lump and it's far from my testicle but I figured I'd ask before I go get it examined

This lump probably represents no disease and it is not suggestive of an ongoing disease process. at your age, cancer of the testes is very rare. For now, monitoring is all I recommend.
