Posted on Mon, 7 Sep 2015
Question: I have a lump on my head that developed out of nowhere on my forehead near the hairline. No trauma today however I did hit my head in this place last week. Noticed it when I moved my eyebrows and felt the skin tension and slight tenderness. Age 25 male.

Detailed answer...
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query, understood your concern and seen the attached photographs.
It clearly suggests a collection of blood under your subcutaneous tissue of forehead ( hematoma ) and appears to be big one and has occurred due to the hit on forehead.
Normally small hematoma get resolved of their own with passage of time but since it is big and on face, you would need to get it drained to make it all right.
You must consult a surgeon and get the collected blood removed.
I hope it helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
