What Causes Lump On Shaft Of Penis Post Masturbation?

More information required
Detailed Answer:
Dear,
Welcome to HCM
I can understand you concern and the worry it has caused you.
I can suspect a trauma to the penile shaft a cause for it, although I request you to provide information regarding following.
1) is the swelling associated with any discolouration?
2) what exact is the size of swelling, in centimetres?
3) is there associated pain or itching?
4) are you able to retract your foreskin completely without discomfort?
5) have you been forceful while masturbating or was there a physical trauma in recent?
6) any difficulty in urination while with swelling?
7) does the swelling changes when in flaccid state and in erect hard state?
Information can help me to have a clearer clinical picture.
Meanwhile if the swelling is still persisting, I strongly suggest to see a local surgeon urgently.
Kindly revert back with the answers soon.

The lump when "swollen" is about a cinameter and a half and the small hard bump is smaller than half a cinameter
I also dont masturbate with lubricant
suggestive of minor contusion
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the reply.
It appears a condition of minor trauma to penile shaft. Possibility of sub-dermal minor contusion.
The absence of itching of surface changes lessen the possibility of infective cause.
My further advice to you would be refrain form physical activity with the penis such as masturbation, sex. Give it a rest.
consult a local surgeon soon( as a detail local examination is required)
Lastly no need to panic at all.
It should get resolve on its own within few days with no residual deformity to organ.
Regards,
Dr Pankaj B
