To whom i need to contact for counseling i.e it comes under which speciality.
How to determine if these lumps are Ok and nothing to do with cancer and other serious diseases.
They are most probably Lipomas.
Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxxxxx
The lumps you describe are most likely Lipomas or lumps containing fat cells. They are the commonest cause of multiple swellings beneath the skin. The characteristic is that they cause no pain or problems other XXXXXXX feeling weird. The usually slip when you try to press them - the slip sign. They are non cancerous swellings and nothing usually needs to be done about them.
You should contact a General Surgeon who can examine you and clear your doubts.
To know with certainty you can get one of them removed under local anesthesia and then the Biopsy report will tell you what it was or you can get an FNAC done in which they put a small needle into the lump and see the contents under a microscope.
It can be removed by a small cut(incision) on the skin after anesthetizing the area.
The ones you mention on the hands sound uncharacteristic as Lipomas almost never develop on the palm. Is it the hand or the wrist or forearm? Or could be the reverse side of the hand.
Do let me know if there are other concerns.
I do not feel you need to worry at all.
Take care.

Lumps are on the forearm of both the hand.
Lumps which are side of the stomach pain a little when rest or lay down on the bed because these are pressed in these positions.
On which area of the body cancerous lumps are developed.
I assume that cancerous lumps are never developed on forearm, thigh and side of the stomach.
Is my understanding is correct.
Also if i get one lump tested how it will ensure that others also follow the same behavior ?
Please let me know.
Better to get one removed and send for Biopsy.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Cancerous lumps are almost never in the form of multiple lumps.
They usually occupy one place and continue to grow from there.
They are usually not on the skin or under the skin. The common kind of skin cancer is Maignant Melanoma which starts as a black or brown hyperpigmented patch.
Areas where lumps could be cancerous are above Lt shoulder bone(Lt supraclavicular lymph node) and axillae. But these would be lymph node swellings and are not very XXXXXXX
It is extremely rare for one person to suffer from two diseases or conditions at the same time. So, if you have Lipomas then it is unlikely that you would have a Cancer growing. Usually, two different pathologies are not suspected in one individual.
If there is pain in the lump at the stomach you could get it removed and the Biopsy would tell you what it is. Depending on the Biopsy report we can proceed further. Most likely, the content of one lump would be the content of all lumps.
Some people do get all the lumps removed. That is a personal choice and up to you.
All the best,
Take care and Im always here if you have any doubts.
