Brief Answer:
Would you be so kind as to respond to a few questions, thank you :)

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I do have a few more questions to better understand your situation and help you accordingly ma'am, so it would be great if you would be so kind as to provide your response to them.

-Where exactly are these lumps? You could also attach images of the region to our discussion if you are comfortable doing so
-Did you have sexual contact or did you masturbate prior to the appearance of these lumps?
-Are you on any medications currently?
-How would you rate your personal hygiene on a scale of 0 to 5, 0 being very poor and 5 being paranoid with cleanliness and personal hygiene?
-Could you tell me if you did anything different prior to the appearance of your symptoms like for example used a different toilet, didn't change your inner wear for quite some time, sweat a lot in the groin region because it was a hot day, etc.?
-Do you have a partner? Is your sexual partner constant and reliable?
-When was the last time you had sexual contact? Whether you are sexually active or not?
-Have you ever been tested for sexually transmitted diseases?

Please forgive me if my questions are a little too straight forward, but with a presentation like yours it is best to know as much related to the topic as possible. I look forward to hearing from you in order to better help you.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Thank you for that response ma'am, suspecting an infection for now

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.

You did not answer 3 of my questions:

-When was the last time you had sexual contact? Was it in close proximity with the appearance of your symptoms?
-Have you ever been tested for sexually transmitted diseases?
-Could you tell me if you did anything different prior to the appearance of your symptoms like for example used a different toilet, didn't change your inner wear for quite some time, sweat a lot in the groin region because it was a hot day, etc.?

Please do let me know if you are not comfortable answering these questions ma'am, and we shall work around them.

But in the meantime, with the current information at hand it seems like you most certainly have an infection (whether sexually transmitted or not is unclear at this juncture).

The location of these bumps does raise doubt for a sexually transmitted infection. Some infections can lay dormant/latent for years together and only present much later in life, which is why I would recommend an STD-panel or at least a doctors physical examination (who can visually rule out STD's or suspect them based on the presentation and location).

Please do not hesitate to write to me with any extra clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.

I do not expect it to be std.
I have had 1 partner for 2 years.
Prior to that I was married for 35 years.
I am sure that I have used many toilets.
Sex is very frequent...2 to 6 X's a week.

Brief Answer:
Assuming STDs are ruled out, lets look into a hormonal cause

Detailed Answer:
Hi ma'am.

Thank you.

Well if STD's is given a back seat we can suspect issues with a hormonal imbalance, which you are experiencing as seen by your hot flashes (pre-menopausal symptoms).

Hormonal imbalances or to speak more directly, menopause related changes can result in various changes with the female body that could be causing such a presentation, but this can only be confirmed with the help of a physical examination. For example, level of vaginal lubrication reduces with pre-menopause resulting in larger friction and thus even the boils. Do you think this is a possibility?

But due to the frequent urination, we will have to check your urine to rule out any infections (can be sexually transmitted or not- simple urinary tract infections).

Best wishes.
