Brief Answer:
it is generalised lymphadenopathy. will need investigation
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
There are multiple lymph nodes all over our body which are like defence stations.
Under jaw (cervical),under arm (axillary), groin (inguinal) are the major groups of lymph nodes present.
There could be multiple causes for this condition from infection to more serious ones.
Do you have any other associated complains?
Any fever?
Cough? If yes then dry or with sputum?
Kindly answer my above questions so I can get better idea.
Thank you

I have been having problems with Stomach pain that comes and goes. Sometimes it causes me to be sick. Always feel tired but do work long hrs. Some tines I get awful Smelling burbs for day or so then like pain it goes again
Brief Answer:
you might be having underlying infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for following up with me.
From the answers you have given and history of pain abdomen with foul smelling breath in in the setting of generalised lymphadenopathy I feel there might be some underlying infection of stomach.
It will be useful if it gets investigated properly.
A routine haemogram, stool examination, urine routine and a ultrasound abdomen should be done to pin point the exact cause of your problem.
I will recommend that you consult your physician for clinical examination of the nodes to see whether they are matted or tender and other findings.
Also possibility of abdominal tuberculosis should be ruled out as it can also cause these problems.
I would like to advice you to consult your doctor and get above said tests done to see for the reason behind these symptoms.
I hope I have answered your query well.
If you have any questions kindly ask me back.
Thank you

Thankyou, is this possibly something i should be worried about? Not really feeling that well for while now. I assume i should try abd get appointment ASAP.?
Brief Answer:
better to investigate and be on safer side
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for following up.
Its not like it is something to be worried about and critical.
But its always better to investigate and find out the reason so as to treat it.
If nothing is found then its always better as we can treat it symptomatically and be safe mentally.
So yes better you get an appointment and do the investigations and clinical examination from a clinician.
If you need my help again feel free to ask.
