What Causes Malaise, Weakness, Dizzy Spells And Pressure In The Eyes?
Question: I am experiencing general malaise, weakness and dizzy spells. Pressure in my right eye . Previously experienced tonic clonic seizures. no history of epilepsy

Could these be happening in my sleep? I sometimes awake having difficulty swallowing. Also is the pressure in my right eye possibly related? I am having difficulty focusing and have brain fog on a regular basis

Migraine headache also leads to decreased concentration and fogginess.
Such symptoms may also arise due to menstruation.
Take amitryptiline and pain killers for releif.
