Brief Answer:
Masturbation is safe and healthy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and concerns.

First of all, I would like to reassure you that masturbation is a safe and healthy practice, and there are no medical risks due to this.

Lack of concentration and memory loss may be due to anxiety and guilt related to masturbation. Please remove this from your mind and you should be free of tension.

Also, please check vitamin B12 level and thyroid profile as any deficiency in these may cause memory impairment.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
